Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by XTrend Tech to describe how we handle data on our service. It is not a substitute for legal advice.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data — email, name, and authentication identifiers, managed by Clerk.
• Payment data — top-up amounts and Stripe customer IDs. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Order data — the post URLs you submit, the service tier chosen, quantity, price, and order status.
• Usage data — pages viewed and product events, collected via Mixpanel, including approximate IP-based location and device information.
• Session replays — Mixpanel records anonymized session replays to help us improve the product. Sensitive form fields are masked.

2. How We Use It

• To deliver the orders you place and maintain your wallet balance.
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, order confirmations, security notices).
• To improve the product through aggregated analytics and session replays.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Subprocessors

We share data with the following service providers, strictly as needed to operate the Service:

• Clerk — authentication and user identity
• Stripe — payments and wallet top-ups
• Supabase — database and backend hosting
• Mixpanel — product analytics and session replay
• ScrapeCreators — fetching public post metadata for live previews
• Cloudflare — application hosting and edge runtime

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for authentication (Clerk), to remember your wallet session, and to maintain analytics identity (Mixpanel). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

Account, wallet, and order records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. Analytics events are retained per Mixpanel's default retention. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@xtrend.tech.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never reaches our servers. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. International Transfers

Our subprocessors may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
