1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order on XTrend Tech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

XTrend Tech provides social media engagement services (such as likes, views, and reposts) for public posts on supported platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and X/Twitter). You fund a prepaid wallet via Stripe and spend your balance to place individual orders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You may only place orders for posts that you own or are authorized to promote. The Service is intended for individual creators and small businesses; reseller and programmatic/API use is not permitted.

4. Wallet, Top-ups & Refunds

Wallet top-ups are processed by Stripe in USD. Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable except where required by law. If an order fails to deliver, we will refund the order amount back to your wallet at our discretion. Wallet balances do not expire and cannot be transferred or cashed out.

5. Service Delivery

Orders typically begin within 5 minutes of placement, but delivery times depend on the target platform and network conditions. We do not guarantee specific engagement retention, ranking outcomes, or platform-side effects. We do not guarantee that the third-party platforms will not modify, throttle, or remove engagement.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Promote content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful.
• Target posts you do not own or have permission to promote.
• Resell the Service or integrate it into automated/programmatic pipelines.
• Interfere with, attack, or circumvent the security of the Service.

7. Third-Party Platforms

XTrend Tech is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, or X/Twitter. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms against your account or content as a result of using engagement services.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or for fraud prevention. In such cases, remaining wallet balance may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XTrend Tech's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you spent on the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
